Installing the p0 Client

Download and install the p0 telemetry client for Windows. Sign in with your Apex Racing account and start capturing sim racing data.

Getting Started Installing the p0 Client

The p0 client is a lightweight Windows desktop application that reads telemetry data from your racing simulator and sends it to your Apex Racing account.

Download

p0 runs on Windows 10 and later. The Downloads page offers two ways to install it:

  • Microsoft Store (recommended): the Store installs p0 and each new version.
  • MSI installer: the direct download, for a PC without the Store. p0 shows each new version in the tray menu.

Installation

From the Microsoft Store:

  1. Click "Get it from the Microsoft Store" on the Downloads page
  2. Install p0 in the Store app
  3. p0 appears in your system tray after the install

With the MSI installer:

  1. Download the .msi installer
  2. Double-click it and follow the setup wizard
  3. p0 appears in your system tray after the install

Sign In

When you first launch p0, it will open a browser window to authenticate with your Apex Racing account. Sign in with the same account you use on the web.

The client uses a secure OAuth2 flow — your password is never stored locally.

Running p0

p0 runs in the background and automatically detects when a supported game starts broadcasting telemetry. You don't need to manually start or stop recording.

Look for the p0 icon in your system tray to confirm it's running.
