What runs on the server?

One clear order, checked every minute.

At each moment the server runs the first match of five rules. You plan rounds and sessions, and the server follows.

How it keeps up
Every minute Apex Racing compares the planned setup with the server.
A session that starts goes on at once, also with drivers on the server.
Any other change waits until nobody drives. “Restart and apply” puts it on now.
Every 30 s Apex Racing checks the server, and restarts it when it hangs.
Always on

Between sessions the server runs the next round or event, so drivers can practise its track and cars.

Looks 14 days ahead
Custom sessions

Any AMS2 setup, from a preset or from the next round, with its own password if you like.

Between seasons the server runs the league settings on a weekly track list.

Who decides the setup?

The season sets the round. You change what you need.

Three layers make the setup of a round. Each value names its source: League, Season, Event, Override, Custom session or Track of the week.
